SKF fork sealing kit Dual Compound MTB consisting of:- 2x oil and dust scrapers
- 2x foam rings
- 4x piston rod sealing ring
Advantages of SKF fork seals:
- Less friction (approx. -20 %) compared to conventional sealing rings
- Use of a self-lubricating material
- Less stick-slip (stick-slip = breakaway force caused by static friction)
- Significantly improved sealing effect
- Less air entering the fork
- Less dirt entering the fork and therefore less wear on the sliding bushings and oil, thus maintaining the optimal sliding properties of the fork
- Increased long-term tightness due to excellent water, dirt and air tightness. UV-resistant
